I’ve been running momentum-based strategies for a few years now and have been posting regular updates on Twitter. A part of this approach was a year-long public experiment on momentum-based investing. The objective behind this exercise was to generate enough confidence in the strategy and it has lived up to its reputation with gains in 9 out of the last 12 months.

Here is how the experiment fared – the results can be accessed in Googlesheet and on Twitter. Please note that these strategies were different from Shooting Stars in terms of methodology and this performance should not be seen in the same light as of Shooting Stars.

Also, past performance is not an indicator of future returns. Similarly, registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.
